Sustainable water supply: support for people, sustainability for the community

We started the project “Reconstruction Monitoring” in the city. Kharkiv, aimed at ensuring transparency and accountability in the process of restoring urban infrastructure. Within the framework of the project, public monitoring of 10 facilities will be carried out, in particular, the efficiency of the use of budget funds, compliance with the standards of barrier-free, energy efficiency and quality of the work performed will be evaluated.

Objective of the project — not only to control the recovery processes, but also to restore citizens' faith in the fairness and effectiveness of state decisions. In the context of war, when corruption risks are particularly high, public control becomes a key element of ensuring fair and quality reconstruction. The project is designed to become an effective tool for strengthening civil society and strengthening residents' confidence in the recovery processes of Kharkiv.
