We reach remote villages and towns to inspire and accelerate grassroots development processes dynamically. We work systematically by launching programs and projects that improve the legal environment, the organization of institutions and change the consciousness of people.

Our team is a community of dedicated professionals and volunteers who are passionate about bringing their unique skills, experiences and ideas to bring the Agency's mission to life.
We build community with residents of territorial communities, supporting them in crisis situations and seeking shared values. Our solutions are aimed at long-term support and prosperity.
We adhere to local laws, traditions and cultural norms in the communities where we work. We honor religion and cultural diversity by approaching each community with understanding and respect.
We always put ourselves in the shoes of those we help, understand their needs and create effective support focused on real challenges.
The agency takes responsibility for achieving results by transferring knowledge and tools to partners for independent development of initiatives after the end of cooperation.
The funds raised by the NGO “Agency for Local Initiatives” are directed exclusively to support the beneficiaries of our social projects, in particular children and adults who are in difficult life circumstances and/or who are victims of war. All funds that will remain after the implementation of a separate project will be used to fund our other initiatives aimed at developing and supporting communities.
