Mission and Vision

our agency

The agency is implementing changes at the local level.

We reach remote villages and towns to inspire and accelerate grassroots development processes dynamically. We work systematically by launching programs and projects that improve the legal environment, the organization of institutions and change the consciousness of people.

The results of our joint work are visible, sustainable and serve our partners long after the completion of joint initiatives. The agency changes the environment. We strive to see our country as modern and innovative, attractive to the people and the world of the future. A country where the government is efficient, accountable and responsible, and people have the opportunity to realize their potential.
