To apply for a pension during martial law, you can contact any service center of the PFU, regardless of the region.
Documents required for the appointment of a pension:
- passport;
- RNOKPP;
- documents on insurance experience (employment record, diploma of full-time education, military ID, etc.) ;
- certificate of salary for 60 months in a row until 30.06.2000 (optional);
- bank account details (if the method of payment through the bank is chosen);
- certificate of registration of IDPs (if available);
- documents on the granting of special status to a person (for example, a “Chernobyl” certificate);
- photo for a pension certificate;
- marriage certificate, in case of change of surname (for women).
If the authorized bank cannot make the payment of a pension or cash allowance, the funds must be transferred through another authorized bank.
This mechanism works automatically, you do not need to open a special bank account, and in order to receive a pension or other type of assistance, you should contact any branch of JSC “Sberbank” with a passport and a certificate of assignment of RNKOPP.
In case of temporary change of actual place of residence, pension and other cash payments can be obtained by transfer to JSC “Oschadbank” (without opening an account) or in a branch of JSC “Ukrposhta”. But this should be reported to the PFU body or the social protection authority of the population by contacting the service center of the PFU, submitting information through the electronic office of the PFU, the contact center of Ukrposhta, or by contacting the relevant social protection authorities of the population.
Together with the notification of receipt of payments at another address, the following data should be provided:
- surname, first name and patronymic;
- address of receiving a pension/cash allowance until March 2022;
- passport data (series and passport number);
- phone number;
- method of receiving payment (at the branch or at home address);
- new delivery address: Ukrposhta branch index or temporary residence address;
- if you receive a pension by mail transfer, inform the operator additionally of the transfer code that was received in the SMS message.
If you have not decided on the place of receipt of payments and have a desire to receive funds in any branch of Ukrposhta, which will be accessed, you must inform the operator about this.
