• one of the parents or the person who replaces them and:
• has a dependent child (s) under the age of 6 years ;
• Raises without one of the spouses a child under the age of 14 or a child with a disability;
• keeps without one of the spouses a person with a disability since childhood (regardless of age) and/or a person with a disability of group I (regardless of the cause of the disability);
• orphans and children deprived of parental care;
• persons released after serving a sentence or forced treatment;
• persons who have 10 years or less before the onset of the right to a pension;
• persons who are 15 years old and who, with the consent of one of the parents or the person who replaces them, may, as an exception, be hired;
• persons in respect of whom the fact of deprivation of personal liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine has been established, after their release;
• registered unemployed who have been in the status of registered unemployed for more than 6 months.
• persons with disabilities who have not reached retirement age;
• participants of hostilities specified in paragraphs 19-21 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Law “On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of Their Social Protection”;
• persons who, before the onset of the right to a pension by age, have no more than 5 years left.
• under the age of 25 years, who have a total insurance experience of not more than 12 months;
• under the age of 35 — for the first job;
• dismissed from temporary military or alternative (non-military) service — to the first place of work after such dismissal.
