Detailed Product Description:The subject of purchase is air conditioners for the arrangement of the premises of a public health institution that provides medical and palliative care to children. The procurement is aimed at providing safe, comfortable and functional conditions for the stay of children, as well as supporting the processes of care, treatment and rehabilitation.

Business entities are invited to participate in the tender, duly registered under the legislation of Ukraine, have experience in the relevant field, relevant KVEDs for the implementation of trade/provision of services, the declared goods in stock in the specified quantity, the possibility to make delivery within the specified period at the specified address and the possibility of provide originals of accompanying documents with seal and signature (supply contract, invoice, cost invoice/act of work performed) or through the service of electronic document flow in Time.

Tender offers that fully comply with the conditions of this tender notice are allowed to participate in the selection of tender offers.
Tender offers must be valid and will not be subject to change by the tenderers who submitted them, until the provision of services/works/goods is fully completed.
All tenders received by the organizer after the deadline for their submission, namely after 23:59 hours on January 25, 2026, will not be subject to consideration.
Determination of the winner of the tender shall be made by the organizer of the tender after the financial and technical evaluation of the proposed tender offers according to the essential selection criteria (conditions) specified in this tender announcement, but not later than January 31, 2026.
The results of the tender will be communicated by the organizer to the tenderers by sending relevant notifications by e-mail within no more than three working days from the date of the decision on the determination of the winners.

The participant of this general procedure (open tender) acknowledges and agrees that the organizer of the tender reserves the right to request from the tenderer additional documents and/or information confirming the compliance of certain provisions of the documents with the requirements and conditions of this tender announcement.
