SOS East
Thanks to the support of the partner EAST SOS, it was possible to provide war victims in the Pisochynska territorial community and the city of Kharkiv with the necessary medical and hygienic means to improve living conditions in the conditions of war and destruction.
The project was implemented in difficult conditions, in particular due to the constant threat of shelling. However, thanks to the coordinated work of the Agency team and the support of the PARTNER EAST SOS managed to deliver and provide assistance to those who needed it most in time.
As part of the project, 400 packs of adult diapers and 40 wheelchairs were provided to those who needed such facilities as a result of physical limitations or difficult living conditions after the war. This has helped improve people's quality of life by providing them with the necessary means of care and movement.
The project required addressing significant challenges, including safety-related risks as well as delivery difficulties. Thanks to effective organization and partner support, it was possible to ensure timely delivery of assistance.
The project has significantly improved the living conditions of people with disabilities and those who find themselves in difficult living conditions due to the war. By providing them with the necessary means of care and movement, we preserved their dignity and comfort even in the conditions of war.
The project on the provision of diapers and wheelchairs has become an important step in helping to improve the lives of vulnerable categories of the population in the face of war. This initiative gave people the opportunity to support their basic needs and regain some independence.
