SOS East
Thanks to the support of the partner EAST SOS, it was possible to provide war victims in the Vilkhiv territorial community with the necessary means to improve living conditions in the cold period.
The project was implemented under the constant threat of shelling and complex logistics. The Agency team, together with the support of a partner, promptly delivered convectors to provide heat in the homes of the victims. Thanks to the coordinated work, all activities were carried out on time and help was provided to those who needed it most.
200 families affected by the war received electric oil convectors, which helped to provide comfort and warmth during the cold period. This has become an important measure to ensure basic living conditions in conditions of destruction and lack of centralized heating.
The implementation of the project required overcoming significant challenges, in particular security and logistical difficulties. However, thanks to the experience and coordinated work of the team of the Agency and its partner EAST SOS managed to successfully overcome the difficulties and provide people with warmth in time at a critical time.
The project has significantly improved living conditions in the affected communities, providing an opportunity to provide warmth in homes, which is important for health and general well-being. It also became an important symbol of support for those left in the difficult conditions of war.
The project to provide convectors demonstrated the importance of timely assistance in providing basic needs of people in difficult conditions. It became an important component in supporting community recovery and improving the lives of people impacted by the war.
