The project aims to provide vital assistance to residents of Kharkiv region affected by the war. As part of the initiative, people received burgs, blankets, sleeping bags and flashlights — critical means for survival in winter conditions.
Due to the fighting, thousands of people in the communities of Kharkiv region found themselves without proper living conditions — without heat, light and basic things necessary to survive the winter. Responding to these challenges, our organization, with the support of donors, implemented an emergency aid project, which made it possible to quickly provide the victims with the necessary resources.
The transferred bourgeoisie became the only source of heating for families who lost access to central heating. Blankets and sleeping bags helped people keep warm even on the harshest winter days, and flashlights allowed them to navigate in the dark and provide basic safety.
Despite difficult conditions, risks to life and difficulties with logistics, all assistance was delivered in the shortest possible time. This was made possible thanks to the coordinated work of the team and partners who responded promptly to the urgent needs of the communities.
The project targeted the most vulnerable segments of the population, including homeless people, internally displaced persons, the elderly and families with children. Thanks to this initiative, hundreds of families have been able to survive the winter in safer and more comfortable conditions.
In addition to practical help, this project has become a symbol of support and unity in difficult times. He demonstrated that through solidarity and timely action, it is possible to save lives and alleviate the suffering of people in crisis situations.
