The project aims to ensure access to quality medical services in the Lipetsk community of Kharkiv region. This project was a key step in restoring war-damaged health facilities and increasing the level of trust in the healthcare system among the local population.

How it was

The project aimed to purchase modern medical equipment for the Municipal non-profit enterprise of Lipetsk village council “Center for primary medical care №5 of Kharkiv district”, which suffered significant destruction during the military aggression. Thanks to effective planning, timely cooperation with partners and coordinated team work, all planned stages of the project were successfully implemented.

Results that are impressive

  • Acquired and implemented medical equipment: The hospital received modern equipment, which significantly improved the quality of medical services.
  • Audience of more than 17,300 people: These are the inhabitants of the community, in particular children, women, internally displaced persons and representatives of disadvantaged groups.
  • Additional equipment is provided: Due to cost savings during tenders, even more necessary equipment was purchased than planned.

Challenges and overcoming them

During the implementation of the project, the team faced difficulties, in particular long tendering procedures and a shortage of necessary equipment on the market. However, thanks to professionalism and perseverance, all these challenges were overcome and the project was completed successfully.

Impact on the community

The acquisition of new equipment not only restored the functionality of the medical facility, but also restored the community's faith in the availability and quality of medical services. This contributed to improving the health and well-being of the population, which experienced difficult times of occupation and fighting.

What left this project

The Hospital Initiatives project has become an example of how local initiatives can change lives, even in challenging times. He left behind not only a renewed medical facility, but also strengthened a community that saw that recovery was possible through cohesion and perseverance. This is another step towards restoring a peaceful and healthy life in Ukraine.
