An information notice can be submitted to the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property:
1. Independently:
- by means of the Diya portal;
- using the mobile application of the Diya portal (if there is a registration number of the taxpayer's account card).
2. Through the administrator of the ASAP or notary (regardless of the place of residence or stay of an individual or the location of a legal entity).
The information message should contain the following data:
- surname, first name, patronymic, RNOKPP or series and passport number (for individuals), name of legal entity, identification code according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (for legal entities);
- contact details of the person (phone number, e-mail address);
- information about real estate: type, total area, address (location) of real estate, other technical (if available), form of ownership, presence/absence of cultural heritage status;
- information on the number of persons who lived in real estate (for housing stock);
- information about damage or destruction of real estate (date and approximate time of occurrence of the incident, description of damage, photo, video fixation (if available);
- information from the State Register of Real Rights to Real Estate (if available).
The generated information message is considered received on the day of its submission and is subject to registration and storage on the Diia portal.
Compensation will be provided to persons who are:
- owners of the relevant real estate or construction customers in relation to construction objects;
- members of housing and construction (housing) cooperatives who bought an apartment, other residential premises of the cooperative, but did not register ownership of it, and the heirs of such persons;
- persons who have invested and financed the construction of facilities in respect of which the right to perform construction work has been obtained (in particular, objects taken into operation, in respect of which the right of ownership has not been registered) and the heirs (successors) of such persons;
- associations of co-owners of apartment buildings, managers of apartment buildings, housing construction (housing) cooperatives that maintain the relevant buildings and the successors of such persons.
